Observation

At the time of the site visit there were chemicals and cleaners stored under the kitchen sink and accessible to the children as the child proof latch was not working. There were items in the bathroom that say keep out of reach of children to include shampoos, Febreze, contact solution other hair products. There was poo pourri, hand sanitizer, and spray glade in a bathroom the children were using in unlicensed space. There is a storage room in licensed space that is accessible to the children and a storage room that was made accessible to the children in an area that is not licensed space.
